Report a fraud
Before filling out the form, it is important to take into account the following elements:
If you have a doubt regarding the AVS certification of a tradesman:
Check whether the person you want to denounce is registered on our list of partners before reporting a potential fraud. You may also check a registration number in the corresponding heading.
AVS only certifies meat products:
If you see food or other products which do not contain meat, then there must be a problem somewhere (confectionery, cosmetics, dairy products, etc.).
AVS does not allow shop to display its logo without an explicit agreement:
The brand, the logo as well as the acronym AVS are the property of the Association A Votre Service (AVS). A tradesman even with a registered status must make a demand to be authorised to use any materials exposing the signs of AVS’ visual identity. Leaflets, posters, calling cards or any other medium cannot display AVS’ logo freely.
If you have noticed one of the cases listed above, we would be grateful if you could fill up the appropriate form:
CASE #1: DOUBT REGARDING THE CERTIFICATION OF A SHOP
A sign states that the shop is being controlled by AVS but there is neither referenced number nor an agreement’s reference to be found in the shop.
CASE #2: DOUBT ON THE USURPATION OF THE BRAND
Use of AVS acronym and/or AVS logo on media such as leaflets, calling cards, websites, sales slips, etc. Use of AVS acronym and/or AVS logo on products without meat.
