The certification and control process is a demanding activity when conducted seriously and conscientiously. Today, AVS employs over a hundred staff members, 80% of whom are exclusively dedicated to control tasks. Our journey is marked by a constant pursuit of quality and a commitment to being present with our clients at all times. <\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Halal Certification<\/h4><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Controlling Establishments <\/strong><\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Establishments (butcher shops and restaurants) that have chosen to contract with AVS offer their customers only AVS-certified meat products. This is a service (free for butcher shops) that we offer to consumers so they can purchase with complete peace of mind from these approved establishments.  <\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certifying Brands<\/strong><\/h3><p> <\/p><p>To help consumers navigate the proliferation of so-called halal brands, AVS has established exclusive contracts with brands wishing to be AVS certified. As stipulated in the contract, the manufacturer is thus obligated to be under AVS certification for all products sold under the name of the contracted brand.  <\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certifying Quality Products <\/strong><\/h3><p> <\/p><p>AVS promotes healthy halal food (without added nitrites, without MSM, farm-raised, labeled) as well as production processes (from breeding to slaughter) that respect employees&#8217; rights (Muslim or not) and treat animals as sentient beings. To this end, AVS pays particular attention to all alternative or ethical projects that aim for both authentic halal and quality. <\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Our Mission<\/h4><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serving Consumers<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>To guarantee consumers the halal nature of products, AVS employees are present throughout the chain, from animal slaughter to product packaging and sealing.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preserving Halal in Industrial Settings<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Industrial slaughterhouses are today confined spaces prohibited to the general public.
